Imagine if we had a culture where we all saw ourselves as responsible for all students in NZ
Two years ago, I was saying “do you have any questions?”. Last year I switched to “what questions do you have?” It made a difference. Today I tried “ask me two questions”. And they did! And those ?s led to more ?s. It amazes me that the littlest things have such a big impact!

Good question - plus the system currently is used to allow universities to grant access to their degrees. What do we do with the expectation that schools will do the gatekeeping for tertiary educators?
#libertystagetalks Ken Robinson question - If we were starting with a blank sheet, how would we conceive of an assessment system that would let employers know what skills and competencies individuals have? Would it be a national system?
