An unsolved problem is what to do with inconclusive (aka "most") A/B tests. If you don't launch the feature, you're biasing against change. If you do, you create a cycle where someone else will get a launch by just reverting the effect. Conclusion: don't invest in small effects.
This is a great chance for hard-working and enthusiastic non-engineering folks to join the Hypar team. A great BD team member can have a huge effect, so I'm very excited about making this hire. Please share this with that amazing person you know.

Reviewing what made Schema.org successful. It's pretty painful to read (algorithmically), but trivial to write. Perfect when you have many writers. So much of good software design is about consciously choosing what should suck.
