Who knows honestly though, a site like Fakaza is getting a shit ton of traffic which leads to ad revenue and could be quietly making undercover deals with artists. It's such a grey area. They running a business clearly, not just full on looting.
A site like Fakaza would be demolished overnight if artists and labels were genuinely affected. My only conclusion is that artists want the Fakaza leak to get more hype. Multiple DMCA notices would see them be history by now, but look...they're still standing.
