it wasn't that we started nfs on vertu. fk says it's because we ran a umount.

(run7) forgot to clear install_core Windows Task after common_overrides_ec2 was updated.
modifie common_overrides_ec2 to move installation from C drive to D drive.
install_core completed but no Oracle Installer ran. running chef-client the fourth time
(on the reboot, the drives did appear, but no software was installed on the D drive). Now running chef-client the third time.
second run of chef-client. first failed - not seeing E drive
running ohai on new defFoundation. so far all good. but why does that http_proxy setting go wrong?
