This is what we did with our Magic Little Grant from Localgiving & Postcode Community Trust.
We are attending a coffee morning at Ovenden today, to promote our seated exercise fitness sessions for older people and then on Thursday we are starting fitness sessions at Elland.
We have a drop in meeting at Todmorden Health Centre, Room 7, Tuesday 23 January, 1-3 pm, Looks like we will be busy with plenty of people attending.
We are looking for more businesses and organisations to support us as more people than ever are wanting our assistance. If you want to more about what we do then please get in touch.
We are looking for businesses or organisations to donate or support us with our work. Most of our work involves advocacy and benefits and working with vulnerable people in difficult situations. If you can help please get in touch!
We work with people with disabilities and long term health conditions. Most of our work focuses on welfare benefits in particular ESA and PIP. We also attend medicals and tribunals and are looking for donations and support from organisations and businesses for this vital work.

Keighley & District bus does not connect with 504 denholme to halifax bus. All the times have been changed. Long wait. Big mess!!
