I'm a trainee doctor and I'd like to say most of us young upcoming practitioners don't just want to settle in Delhi Mumbai etc. I mean it's obviously great if someone is able to, but even if someone's not, then also we won't hv any qualms in settling in jaipur bhopal raipur
I have noticed this Trend - In fact places like Ahemdabad / Rajkot / Baroda now have brilliant Doctors and outstanding medical centres
if our small towns become like the American suburbs ( self contained, one big store, a hospital at a reasonable distance , very good schools ) many people will move. But our small towns are also overcrowded with people and poor infra ). Satellite towns are the answer
I would add education to that (and employment opportunities if one is not commuting).
