Heyakichiwake puzz.link/p?akichi/v:/10… Variant: clues are both Heyawake and Akichiwake clues, i.e. they indicate both the number of shaded cells and the largest contiguous unshaded area in a region. I suspect this might work better on a larger grid or with non-rectangular regions
