Metacognition is thinking about thinking! It is important to be aware of your brain and thinking processes.


Time and effort are important components of learning! Make sure you're taking the time to study for short periods of time EVERY DAY!


Another way is to speak up! If you don't agree with something let them know! Having roles for everyone is another way get everyone involved!


Deindividuation is the loss of self-awareness. Don't fall victim to it! Remember who you are and what you believe in. You got this!!

That's why it's important to study a little bit everyday not all at once! #ThursdayThoughts


In order to make information part of the long term memory you must see it a minimum of 3 different times.


Cramming doesn't work! Spread your study time out evenly throughout the weeks leading up to the exam. You'll be less stressed in the end!


Sleep is important for being happy and performing well on exams!! How much sleep do you get a night?


Feeling nervous for that final exam? Don't worry, the least confident students usually do better! Keep studying! You got this


Don't study to know, study to understand! You'll perform better.
