IT disruption - apologies for any delays you may encounter from now until after Easter as we are migrating to Microsoft 365 and our response will be slower than normal during this IT work.
Thanks for your patience. Our email system which was faulty for 4 days has now been fixed. We are working through the backlog of emails received - all emails sent to us before and during the fault were safely stored but inaccessible until now.
We're back! But our email system is glitching - sorry. The fix is underway but for the moment we are having to store up incoming email and will respond to you when it all floods in. Thanks for your patience. Metrix Team
