La cirugía empezó bien. No había queja alguna: las mejores instrumentistas posibles, el mejor anestesista posible, había hablado con el radiólogo y discutido sobre el caso: un aneurisma de la arteria cerebral media izquierda roto con una HSA. El paciente no estaba mal (WFNS 1)

Doing an annual 'Check-up' with your doctor is probably a sensible thing to do. But this year, try something different. Get a V02 Max Test done. See where you stack up. Train to improve it. I suspect doing this will give you a lot more life years than a 'Check Up'.
