Every time I work with a manufacturing customer, I’m reminded why I love this space. They often give us a glimpse into their production — and every visit feels like a backstage pass to innovation. Today, I saw printers printing printers.
Anyone has a clue (maybe @asksalesforce) - when I have a picklist (in flow if it matters), am I able to change the "default" (aka empty) choice label? Thanks to Czech language the "--Žádný--" is not appropriate for picklist named in this way (but it might be for other)
Still have some old floppy disks? What a clever usecase
I do have dedicated email address every time i’m giving my email. Sometimes it is really interesting to see which email people used. And now i have to wonder whether #Salesforce Data360 is so good in merging all my identities or why they used an email I gave to someone else.
Guilty as charged: - jumps from task to task and does them with decent quality, but is unlikely to document their work - dives into topics, but not necessarily the ones you want - has great insight at seeing patterns but not remember your name bit.ly/4oyPn6c

Ever seen an org with brilliant architecture — that slowly decayed? It wasn’t the tech. It was the governance. Without architectural reviews, naming conventions, and ownership, even perfect design erodes. Architecture doesn’t end with deployment. It ends with discipline.
A Salesforce org isn’t a CRM. It’s a living ecosystem. Data flows in, processes run, people adapt — and all of it changes the system over time. As architects, we don’t just design solutions. We design behaviors. That’s why I like to sketch every architecture as a feedback loop.
Hi @Dreamforce why am I missing my stamp for this year? It doesn’t work anymore? Thank you!
We don’t talk enough about performance in Salesforce design. Queries timing out, Flows taking 8 seconds to execute, reports with 20 filters… Performance is rarely fixed at runtime. It’s baked in at design time.

“We’re going to do it in Flow — no Apex needed.” That line often signals a misunderstanding, not confidence. Flow and Apex aren’t rivals. They’re tools. Flow is for logic that belongs in admin hands. Apex is for logic that must be reliable under all conditions.
I see this pattern a lot: “We integrated system X with Salesforce — so we have architecture!” No, that’s plumbing. Architecture is when you can explain: - What system is source of truth - What happens if one system fails - How conflicts are resolved
Salesforce security isn’t just about profiles and permission sets. It’s about trust boundaries. Every time we design data access, we’re answering: “Who do we trust, and why?” Architecture isn’t just technical — it’s ethical. You’re not designing permissions but accountability.
Every Salesforce org tells a story through its data model. Some are elegant novels. Others... look like ransom notes. A good data model isn’t about “fitting all requirements.” It’s about making future decisions easier.
Do you already plan your next year? I've NO clue where to travel first :-(
