it’s hilariously easy to win in crypto look at most projects. 90% of them only ever talk about updates and announcements ; no distribution ; no storytelling ; no brand if i removed the logo and swapped it for another one, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference


hot take: narratives are BS if you can't answer ; what your product does ; who it's meant for ; why should i care ; how it's different/ better ; what's the onchain/ offchain proof no amount of 'making up words' will make your project succeed


most crypto companies are doing the same thing everyone else is doing ; bots ; kols ; airdrops very few are looking into what's a big white space outside this ; search/ geo ; paid ads ; ugc double down on the latter while there's still time
