Lots of nasty replies to this post. Just another in the endless examples of how people don’t want to hear the truth. What makes more sense, them putting unrealistic expectations in the requirements to mitigate the number of applicants or that they really expect an intern to have…
These are just filters to get you to second guess. Just be realistic on your experience. If you’re intern level, apply for the intern job. Obviously don’t apply to a manager position lol. This is just a tactic to filter out lack of assertion.
