The reason it’s incredibly hard to break out of a “kind lie” doom loop is because the longer it’s gone on, the more unkindness is needed to get back on track. And the fact that you’re in this situation to begin with probably means your culture will hate that.
An extreme commitment to the truth makes relationships acutely dysfunctional but systems chronically functional (think Elon Musk). An extreme commitment to kindness makes relationships acutely functional but systems chronically dysfunctional (think Sweden, UK)
“Documentation isn’t just for your users — it’s for your AI, too.” @relay uses GitBook to power both human and AI-driven support, turning every customer question into evolving, intelligent documentation. Read the full story: buff.ly/eooM68r
Where we got unlucky: After 24 months our Microsoft Oauth client secrets expired exactly _during_ the Azure outage.
I’m not usually affected by the deaths of people I don’t know personally, but this one hurts. Chess Grandmaster Daniel Naroditsky has passed away, aged 29. I never met him, but I’ve spent hundreds (maybe thousands) of hours watching his videos. I got back into chess during the…
Thanks @cursor_ai @benln, very unique addition to my desk. Fully functional with RGB! 18955 tabs accepted
Same process but one app cares about simplicity 💙
Kudos to the folks at cursor iterating on bugbot. Massive improvement - from 'tolerable' to 'can't live without it' in two months. Catches so many small oversights that happen when you move fast.
Cursors bugbot is like the worst kind of code reviewers who only understands technicalities that 90% don't matter, but because you can just ignore it, the 10% make it a net win.

@photoOrg1 @elonmusk Currently, X doesn't offer native export to Google Docs or Microsoft 365. You can use third-party tools like IFTTT or Relay.app to automate saving X posts to Google Docs, or Appy Pie Automate for no-code integration. These may require setup and…
Make product management fun again with AI agents via @talraviv If you’re like me, you’ve heard the promises and proclamations about how agents will reshape productivity, but your workday hasn’t changed at all yet. It’s not you—operationalizing AI agents for product work is…
Here's one thing I learned from AI: When someone catches you making an obvious mistake, just say "You make a very good point" - now you're not dumb, you're nice. Thanks Claude.
Only one more month until they come and put me down.
can someone actually tell me why there are no software engineers over 40?
🚀 Relay.app just got a major facelift! Managing workflows has never been easier with these big UI upgrades: 📂 Shared folders for seamless collaboration ⭐️ A redesigned Home screen to keep you focused 🗂️ New Workflows & Runs screens for total control Open…
Not much longer until I can start a YouTube channel like Primitive Technology where I clone popular web apps without the help of AI.
Weird coder bug: After running 'git stash' I often catch myself thinking that I can't use copy & paste. Clipboard crossover condition?
Elon will fix government efficiency like GeoHot fixed Twitter search
Another anti-under-engineering pattern: If your function takes a callback, try to make it the last argument. That prevents situations where arguments end up below the fold. (Looking at you, setTimeout)
Using an enum instead of a boolean, when applicable, isn't over-engineering. It's anti-under-engineering.
Just ran my first automation workflow with @relay ! I wanted to send newsletters from Outlook to Notion, and it was so easy I almost cried—after struggling and giving up with other tools like Make. Huge thanks to @relay for empowering non-tech folks like me!
After all the launches of the last three months I can say: Still surprisingly simple to get started, now also surprisingly deep when you need it.
Every day it becomes clearer to me that Relay is the best way to get started in the world of automation
