After the gym, I drove to the Lickey Hills for sprints. Set up my cones… until two kids stole them 😂 So I just re-marked the 80m line and got back to work. 10 hill sprints. 10 climbs. Every stride = resilience.
Started strong with a 15-min warm-up on the elliptical, then hit: 🔥 Hamstring curls 🔥 Kettlebell swings 🔥 Pull-ups 🔥 Glute bridges 🔥 Ab rollouts 🔥 Single-leg squats (hello, knee pain 👀) Old injury or not — no excuses.

I am having surgery on my left kidney on May 14 at 7:30 am to improve blood flow through the renal artery. I plan to rest for 14 days to recover and hope to return to competition by July. #Grateful
