@ national weather service Des Moines South Altoona is reporting 6.25” snow. Taken from an average of four readings.
Well winter finally got here and certainly made up for the mild December. A couple of 20’s here at my weather station, -20° this morning and 20” of snow for the week. It’s still -9° here in the late afternoon. Enjoy!
