@woolworths really am disappointed with your delivery service. Order not delivered and customer service not helpful, no empathy, no food for Christmas. Resolution offered we will deliver 27 December. Offered credit in 3-5 business days. Spent 2 hours on the phone.

@woolworths as a loyal customer your failed to deliver my Christmas order on 23/12. App said it was delivered but cust. service says was never on truck. We were then forced to go to Woolworths Mortdale that night and spend a further $260.
