In the future, when all beings are enlightened and cooperate willingly, no one will need to be hungry. No one will need to work in a field they don't want to work in to have a roof over their head. People will help each other and work out their conflicts through careful process.
Reading "Reweaving our Human Fabric" by Dr. @MikiKashtan . In the latter part of the book she has a bunch of "social science fiction" stories. I love that she imagines a world based in cooperation and willingness, beyond capitalism and coercion.
