i am writing a persuasive research essay on conversion therapy for my college english class. this is a rough one. every time i dive back into research i am reminded of the cruelty that is inflicted on so many people. it makes me sick to my stomach.
A dark day for trans people. Alabama passes SB184 which forcibly medically detransitions all trans teens. It will withdraw youth from gender affirming care. It will force trans teens through the wrong puberty in front of all their peers. Terrible... I cry for these kids.
yknow when transphobes say teens transitioning is child abuse? little do they know, they are the ones encouraging the abuse of minors. fix it america. you aren’t even doing the bare minimum at this point.
