Dear @airindia please do not deploy aircrafts with non functional entertainment system. Half of the entertainment system in today's flight from BLR to Gatwick did not function. Your state of art Vista entertainment system too do not work.
I think this is some form of forced consumer payout. Only seat options at web checkin are paid one. No free seats at all for a family of 3. @airindia
Hi @airindia I purchased my tickets and at the time of booking I purchased my preferred seat however, during the web checkin I wasn’t given a choice to check in on my preferred (already purchased seat) and I was asked to buy another seat of my choice and pay extra. Why???
Pathetic experience with @airindia and @airvistara . Booked on Air India, got vistara. Seat selection during web checkin is saying free seat but not reserving window or aisle seat. Error suggesting call customer care. Holding for 45 mins but it’s saying 1 min wait time.
