ERAS should require programs to either accept, waitlist, or decline the app of a signaler by Nov 1st. And if declined the applicant has the signal returned to them to use on another program.

A friend recently lost a parent asked me when do things get better. I told him my mom passed away 20 years ago & last week,something reminded me of her and it made me cry Things don’t get better or normalize when u lose loved ones. You just learn to live on w/ a hole in ur heart
