Premier Higgs has intervened in the case of John Barnet, by calling the new head of Horizon. Barnet is now being rushed to the SJRH by ambulance. He had been discharged from the DECH ER "with a broken neck, broken sternum, broken nose, & numbness in his left arm and fingers."
