My fault. Earlier, Outlook was sending emails to Hey which I forgot and then added Hey emails to be forwarded to Outlook to process them via AI. This became recursive. Disabled Outlook -> Hey forwarder and no more postmaster email.
outlook is funny. receiving emails to a custom domain but also getting a postmaster email about email not being forwarded.
