My first tech job paid peanuts. I’m grateful for the opportunity but when I left them for way more money I literally paid for my child’s new day care. It was like instantaneous, signed offer and then immediately enrolled in day care lol Daycare is expensive lol

Unpopular opinion: You should code because you enjoy it, not just ‘for the money’.
I have a problem, whenever I end the work week with a bug or problem I couldn’t solve before logging off it lives rent free in my head for the entire weekend. I wish I could turn this off 😫
