And this is the cherry on top, while at utgent care the guy from @AmbetterHealth finally told us that Ambetter would cover us if the urgent care submitted the info to them - we got a denial letter in the mail anyway.
And by the way I have a gold plan that says “referral not required” with @AmbetterHealth - the only way to actually get your house taken care of in this country is to have so much money that you can afford to not be covered by the coverage you pay for
When I called @ambetterhealth to submit a complaint about what happened all I got was a “sorry for the inconvenience” LMAOOOO
@ambetterhealth denied me coverage last month while I had an asthma attack in an urgent care - stating that I didn’t have prior authorization?? For an ASTHMA ATTACK? We got the denial of coverage letter today. I don’t use the word evil lightly - but this is EVIL in full force.
