Double shout for the team last night-1st to a live parachute flare which had washed up at Church Cove, Gunwalloe and posed a major risk. Followed by backing up @hmcgport responding to a male on cliffs at Praa Sands who had managed to self rescue before teams arrived. #Coastguard
