This week, our Year 10 VCERT Food and Cookery students impressed us with their skills in the kitchen! They made their own shortcrust pastry from scratch, then filled it with some exciting new flavour combinations, pork, plums, plum jam, and fresh safe. @mrssfletch

Adaptive teaching = high quality teaching Often good teachers don’t realise what they are actually doing to adapt to learners’ needs; it’s done on autopilot. Breaking down the granular detail of practice&being able to verbalise WHY it works for each learner is so valuable.
