The absolute decline of @British_Airways from a top airline into what can only be described as a budget airline is so disappointing and almost laughable. How does it expect people to pay twice as much for absolutely no perks than cheaper competitors.
Imagine caring about people and the future of humanity because it's the morally correct, objectively good thing to do, not simply because you have DNA stake in it.

Just had the absolute rudest series of interactions at @JFKairport @JetBlue, specifically getting into the security line. Woman was so beyond rude I was shocked. Not sure what your hiring process is but that was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had in an airport.

It’s not to say #AshtonKutcher and #MilaKunis cannot learn from their mistakes and how they are upholding rape culture, rape and rapists. They absolutely can, should, must should learn and change. And stop treating it like a PR fire.
