No. @Hoosier_truth is misrepresenting this (per usual). The exception for allowing wells on a temporary condition with County approval is available to any landowner that doesn’t have City water available to them.

Surprised you don’t view $17.2 Billion committed private investment as a success. It’s certainly early but it takes time for these companies to build and open these massive investments. They are all approved and construction is well underway for Lilly and Meta is starting soon.
While the LEAP District in Indiana has not yet proven a success, Indiana does need a megasite like this, which is where major advanced manufacturing investments have been moving. Booming states like Tennessee and North Carolina aggressively use megasites. edpnc.com/find-a-site/me…

Get nothing out of having him back. When he does something for us to reciprocate his invite (like letting us speak at his State of the City) then we will consider it. It’s rude to keep demanding to get to go over to someone’s house to play without inviting them over to yours.

New idea to solve the rampant cheating crisis in non-professional scramble golf events: Award the winners based on randomly drawn placings after the event starts. Now there’s no incentive to cheat and by not recording the proper score, you may move your team out of the money.

1) Residents of Lebanon 2) Not in Lebanon. Due to LEAP, Lebanon utility customers are avoiding a massive increase for additional water sourcing which was needed prior to LEAP. 3) Residents aren’t paying for the road upgrades around LEAP. Yes. I am the mayor; not the Governor.

Rob what’t 88% of property tax collections on $15 Billion? That’s what the State will be collecting from LEAP (not to mention future investments). Yes, Lebanon Utilities will have enough water to serve LEAP and Lebanon and Boone REMC has enough power to serve them.
Had LEAP made dollar one for the people of Indiana? Does LEAP have enough water on its own? Does LEAP have enough power on its own? LEAP appears to be a giant Indiana taxpayer subsidy. “Good” for Lebanon. Bad for the rest of us. Sad, we won’t get to go Chuck E Cheese.
