Lactation decreases maternal risk of diabetes: In comparison with women who did not breastfed, women with mean lactation per child of 3 to 6 months and 6 to 12 months had HRs of 0.81 (95% CI 0.65, 0.99) and 0.73 (95% CI 0.59, 0.91), respectively. qxmd.com/r/31343828
