Earlier today, Mayor Mike Duggan announced that the park located at W. Philadelphia St and 3rd Ave. will be officially renamed for beloved Piety Hill resident Tony McDuffy. This collaborative effort doubled the size of the park, and added several new renovations. #OneDetroit
