Does anyone have tips on how to fall asleep fast? I’m so jealous of people who can sleep right away, bcs I can’t. Every time I close my eyes, my mind just won’t stop. It keeps thinking abt everything. Am I ovt too much? I’m really tired of feeling like this. I just want to rest.
Time went by too fast 😭 not even enough for 3 days and 2 nights. 30 years and 2 months is when it finally feels enough🫵🏻
