Loving it.

Same app, same build command, same tests: 🐢 Xcode Cloud: 15 minutes 🏃 GitHub Actions + namespace runners: 2 minutes Xcode Cloud works magically and it is included in the membership but wow is it slow... 😭

managed to bring down build times for my iOS app from +20min to 2 i tried my hardest to not succumb to the ruby build system (because why am I defining my iOS build process in ruby), but I'm afraid to report it's worth it Xcode Cloud vs GitHub Actions + @namespacelabs

It’s so awesome seeing companies giving @namespacelabs a shot and moving their CI back to GitHub Actions with their runners. Companies like Namespace are more incentivized to build better and more fairly priced runners, specially now where coding agents might build on them too.…

AWS is experiencing a major outage in us-east-1: your jobs are not affected and are running. You may not be able to load Namespace's dashboard right now as one of our vendors critically depends on us-east-1, we're working on restoring our web applications.

The best always obsess about performance.

Great rule. We even go further in openpilot and have a 1m CI timeout. Why 1m? It's the lowest allowed by GitHub Actions. In that time, openpilot does a full end-to-end driving test, runs on real hardware, and a bunch of other checks.

We love what Tuist is doing in the iOS ecosystem—it tends to be a pattern now, if you are moving fast on iOS you are likely using @tuistdev Seeing some love back is special.
