Over Easter, our Customer Contact Centre operating hours will change. We’ll be available on Saturday 19 April, but hours will be reduced on Good Friday and will be closed on Easter Sunday 20 April and Monday 21 April.

Our Customer Contact Centre team is operating reduced hours during Christmas and New Year. Our phone lines will return to normal from Thursday 2 January 2025. Happy New Year.

During Christmas and New Year, our Customer Contact Centre will have limited hours. We'll be available every day except for Christmas and Boxing Day, so you can always contact us regarding your pension during our operating hours. Merry Christmas to our members.
