Spending Sunday night trying to figure out if I can abuse CSS enough to replace Overlib with no code in Weathermap, after 15 years...

Always amazed when I get a "problem report" like this. Most Weathermap users presumably work in some kind of networking service desk role, and know what a real problem report should look like... What version? What OS? What did you try? What did the logs say? #itriedeverything

New feature for next version - detailed (anonymous) instrumentation to help with faultfinding. It's also made me notice a memory leak in the poller already...

Filling in gaps for rewritten UI (still looks the same, but the guts are very different). As soon as that's complete, onto 1.x support.

Ugh. In the process of moving website (+ forums next) to new hosting. Managed to break the DNS in the process though - sorry about that. Site should reappear (and be faster!) later today.

OK, time for round 13 of "React, Redux and HTTP APIs"...

Thanks very much to Ali S for the kind donation!

Got there in the end... the vagrantfile works again for old/new cacti, php 5.6 or 7.1, and weathermap from a release zip, Git repo or local files for testing.

Fun & games with composer and vagrant - find the versions of things that work with both PHP 5.6 and 7.1!

For anyone following along at home, in the last week I've finally tidied up github so that the master branch is the current development, like you'd expect!

If an OSS project has @github issues, a slack channel, a blog, and a documentation site, please consider using those mediums before directly emailing one of the maintainers. You’ll probably find the information you need, and it will be less intrusive on the maintainer.

Only just noticed that Weathermap 0.98 cracked 20000 downloads right at the beginning of December. Thanks for sticking with it!
