Happy #NationalComingOutDay! I'm finally accepting who I am, and recognize my privilege to safely come out. To all of you who are out, aren't out, and/or can't come out: I see you. You are loved. You are enough. Love, this queer non-binary androsexual introvert.

@KSUPRADAA @KSU_CollegeofAS @KentResearch @got_anxiety it wasn’t until I went away to college that I realized some folks dreaded the holidays. In this article @dranjela and others share how to enjoy the holidays; no matter what has happened in the past.

Focusing on the task in front of you, such as watching a holiday movie or wrapping presents, can help soothe work-related stress if you find yourself unable to relax even after your out-of-office reply is set, says @dranjela. nytimes.com/interactive/20…

Interesting thread student outcomes if they see themselves as a consumer or a learner👇Love the gym analogy! Universities provide facilities and resources, the outcome cannot be guaranteed. Doesn’t help when University management sees students as customers, drives poor behaviour

A thread containing some advice for those studying for a degree about the way you perceive your identity as a student that has implications for your enjoyment of your studies and your attainment. Link to vid and refs at the end of the thread.
