Small good deeds add up. Smile to your neighbor or your neighbor’s neighbor. Lend a hand to someone at the store. Be nice, be kind. We don’t have to be “us vs them”. Changes start when you change yourself. You’ll be happier when you choose to be happy.
So very true! There is no time or person better suited to be a philosopher as you, in this moment. #Philosophy is a mental discipline. #Stoicism helps you sort out what you and can’t control. Once you know what you can control, you are free from the rest.

Dear newspapers, Rather than shut me out and require I subscribe after reading a few articles, how about giving me an option to make micropayments to pay for individual articles or a day's articles? I used to be able to buy a single day's printed paper. I can't do that online.
