It's been a busy, exciting week. Take a rest, get a drink and lay out by the pool and treat yourself. I know I will be! NIM 6.0 giving me even MORE peace of mind, knowing I can find whatever data I need when I need it.
One of the new quality of life features in NIM 6 is the bid PDF preview! See how your bid is going to look before you export it. Leave the preview open and it will update with each save. I love a little life improvement in my day.
Bid history logs will track any action performed on any version within the bid. Even the initial creation of the bid!
Tried of getting too many notifications? Notifications in NIM 6 have been updated to give you more control. Limit notifications to specific object statuses and restrict them to crew members of the job triggering it.

Sometimes we just want a quick way to view a job you worked on with a contact in the past. The Contact Job list gives you a short list of all jobs linked to your contact for fast access in a few clicks.
What good is managing contacts if you don't know anything about them? With Contact Notes and custom fields, keep track of conversations you've had and the information that is most valuable to your company.

The new Contact Rate History in NIM 6 lets you view the last, lowest and highest rates you've ever charged a client. NIM also shows you a full history of every time you've used a line item for a client in the Rate History list. Know exactly what to charge and when.

New bid PDF templates provide updating styling and formatting options to customize bids to meet the needs of production. The Bid and Invoice formats have a unique hierarchical view of the estimate. The new Grid format creates a more compact estimate, perfect for long format bids.
The new Bid Export options are amazing. I have never seen more customized PDFs. You format it how you want to including what is shown and HOW, and you can even preview it before you export it!!! Creating the perfect bid for your client just got easier. vimeo.com/851812200
