NEPAL PM KP OLI SET TO STEP DOWN AND IS LOOKING TO FLEE NEPAL SAY CABINET COLLEAGUES. New Delhi must not give safe passage to Oli. The Nepalese PM has been a close ally of Beijing. Oli is not a great friend of India.
