People Born in 1990-2005, how’s life?

to be fair some people have to get tb tested for their job, not because they’re showing symptoms. people should absolutely be masking regardless, but i have a tb test on my arm right now only because i need a negative result for my daycare job.

Went to my PCP today. First one in the waiting room. In walks an unmasked woman announcing she’s there to get her TB results. I offered her an N95 which she happily took and put in her purse.

and the link is still broken i can’t take this

I would like things rephrased from Bullying works, to Collective Action works. Because bullying is messing with the weak. Collective action is vs the strong. There is a difference.

The Doomsday clock is so mean like whose idea was it to just terrorize the helpless masses by reminding them that billionaires are getting closer than ever to wiping us all off the planet from the safety of their rural compounds and/or megayachts.

Everytime I hit a paywall on some respected journalism site and then simply don't read the article rather than subscrining, I think about how Fox, Breitbart, The Daily Mail, et al. never ever ever paywall their content. I think about this constantly.

It’s amazing how much less miserable and depressed we’d all be if we just guaranteed everyone a 1 bedroom apartment.

Happy Office Workers Get a Day Off and Service Workers Still Have to Work and Serve Them Day! Spare a thought for all of the kinds of labor that we don't value as being worthy of time off and celebration, even as many of those industries fought for the protections we all enjoy.

My toddler’s daycare apparently uses the “clean up” song. My husband and I discovered this yesterday when we started singing it and it activated our kid like she was a sleeper agent and she immediately started putting her toys away.

CDC is pretty clear with its new guidance; we are on our own. Prediction: Instead of a 3-4 week isolation OR coming back to work with a contagious, dangerous, and deadly disease…many people will just be fired. 😞
