I just found my goal for the perfect perry to make! ”No remorse” by @Kertelreiter is the one! Great acidity, nice flavors of grapefruit, lime and pinapple. But the best is the tannins, I really love high tannins in a perry! @BarMas this is the best i have tried soo far!! 🥂🍾
Wednesday, day befor Swedish nationalday soo its almost friday… fLux is a great Perry from @Kertelreiter it has great tannins and nice tones of fruit. @BarMas has once again succed in making a great perry.
First crop on scions from 2022 sweet huffcap, gin and green horse. Varieties i haven’t seen in Sweden. I bet there are more than me that have trees but i haven’t tried them. Interesting autumn
Here they are, my future perry pear trees, thx to @BarMas i got these great variatys: Luxemburger Mostbirne, Bayerische weinbirne, grüne jagdbirne, Welsche bratbirne. There some cider variatys as well. I hwill ave to wait a few year to first harvest…
Oh my! I had a glas of my own perry before i open this bottle from @Kertelreiter! This goes far beyond my tries, this is fantastic! Fruity almost sweet but still a nice acidity and i little pinch of tannins. @BarMas this is the best i have had soo far!!

2022 vs 2024. Two years of intense growing. Looks like the scions from Gin is fast growing and it looks like its going to set flowers this spring. Fingers crossed!
Sometimes its not that hard to pick 20 kg of pears, Marguerite Marillat come in a decent size, the majority of this years crop is around 500g each 😎🍐40 pears and 20kg is done 🤪

Yes!! There is life 🥳 @BarMas 100% of the scions shows signs of life! masselbacher weinbirne and grüne jagdbirne on the pics. Still early but i have high hopes on them
