So ummm I just double qualified for HI and Senate. Im ready to take on the world.
My district tournament was canceled/delayed. I’m dying inside. They took the only thing I have. My HI. The only thing I have.
My coach actually prepared me all year for an event I can’t go to nationals with. It was also the event I put the most effort into. Along with that I have to work on Congress over break. We’re flourishing.
I don’t know what to expect at districts and it’s starting to really set me off. Also how has the corona virus not been addressed on the Congress docket yet?
The best way to get to nationals is to have hope and do Congress as a novice.
Yes, I do a speech and a debate monthly. Yes, it is usually not a main speech event. Yes, my debate is Congress. But i’m not lazy Brenda.
You don’t know defeat until someone asks you a question in Congress that degrades your speech.
