if you are reading this chances are 9/10 that you are gracefully procrastinating and looking for another "piece of insight" that will magically help you reach that MRR goal but reality is that you just need to fucking ship live product and real customers will teach you the rest

This makes me realize that I know too many teams where there is 0 level 4 or level 5 people. Yet they don't realize it. Especially the founders. The question is how do you help people realize that?
