Light wallets coming to BasicSwap with full feature parity! 👀 We've got a lot more cooking, stay tuned! blog.basicswapdex.com/dev-update-nov…
Let's go!!! I contributed ~1.5 XMR, which in my mind is ~$150k 😅 so after I had to buy another 20 XMR 💪 Thank you to whoever made those huge donations the last few days to close out both 😍 Freedom money is worth it!! We are all grateful. Cheers & clear minds for the devs!🍻
This is stupid, having a centralised company employ them and pay them (and pay tax on their salary) from a portion of the block reward appropriated from miners is WAY more cypherpunk.
I can already imagine the tax man telling me: “So you turned £1,000 into £69, then into an NFT of a duck, then into gas fees. That’ll be £500 in taxes please.”
This is very important. Please consider funding! Technical debt is a major problem facing Monero and this dev does great work.
Anon (perfect-daemon) recently put forward a proposal to work full-time on Monero development, with focus on optimizing the daemon (monerod) software and completing the Full-Chain Membership Proofs (FCMP++) integration into the Monero codebase!
Read this thread if you have 5mins you want to throw away 😆
. @ofrnxmr approves this tweet.
Monero developer anon (aka perfect-daemon) has submitted a 3-month full-time CCS proposal focused on critical daemon maintenance and preparation for the upcoming FCMP++ hard fork: ccs.getmonero.org/proposals/anon…
Anon, another highly skilled developer, also has a proposal up for funding.. but for some reason this trash account neglected to mention. ccs.getmonero.org/proposals/anon…
Jeffro256 recently put forward a proposal to continue to work full-time on Monero development, with focus on completing the CARROT and Full-Chain Membership Proofs (FCMP++) integration into the Monero codebase and launching beta stressnet!
If kraken started dumping XMR before their IPO.. assuming they delist monero as a part of the IPO, wouldnt that be illegal insider trading?
so is this

I hate ppl who cosplay as if vpns are private 👇 read
You can’t say it isn’t private but it proves your point about privacy. > A VPN basically hides your IP and encrypts your traffic to make it way harder for websites, your ISP or anyone else to track what you're doing online. It literally does not. It merely changes the observer…
HTTPS used to be optional. Few used it. Now it’s mandatory, enforced by browsers. That’s why HTTPS succeeded. You can still use HTTP, if you’re willing to skip past the warnings, but most people never do. Mandatory privacy matters. Opt-in privacy has never worked.
Zcashers are branding Monero as a "darknet coin for criminals" and then claiming its the Monero community who created this branding. so lets debunk this braindead take
