Wrapped up the weekend celebration at the Paddle Bar downtown Sandusky with some treats from The Naughty Lobster food truck. Lobster tacos and a lobster roll. It was good to get out for little while.
Yesterday’s dinner started with two pieces of fish, one halibut, the other cod. This transformed into a seafood risotto parmeson, adding bay scallops, muscles, and shrimp. For fun a ladle of seafood stock was added. Turned out pretty darn delicious!
