Most companies design for beauty. Successful companies design for function, not for aesthetics. Good web design means understanding your visitors and your business goal deeply, then designing to meet both of their needs. Optimize for the product’s core function. Make it simple.
Avoid making huge website redesign. Keep doing incremental subtle changes frequently. Keep what is working. Remove which is not.
