Does anyone have tips for dealing with tantrums in older children? My (nearly eight) son is having the most epic meltdowns in the evenings and I’m finding it hard to cope after two hours of him screaming ‘I don’t like you, I only like Daddy’ at me every day…

Does anyone else have recurring places in their dreams? Not recurring dreams themselves, but like actual places you revisit? I've been having dreams in what I've called The Other Place for almost 20 years & I've never met anyone else who has this issue.

Watching the Harry documentary and all I can see is a genuinely traumatised person. I just want to give him a cuddle. No wonder he wants to run away with Meghan and start a life in another country, he wants to escape the pain of losing his Mum so publicly 💔
