you find meaning in life by solving problems everyone else is ignoring. ask yourself, "what's broken/annoying/missing in my day?" write them down. pick the most painful. use yourself as the lab rat until you find a fix. once you do, share it with the world and start again.
The purpose of a high IQ is to solve puzzles that other people need solved so they will give you money and status and power. If you waste this ability on video games and navel gazing about the horrors of existence, you are going to have a bad time.
