Surprise, in 2022 the same HTML can generate both highly interactive web content and nicely formatted printable PDFs Using @paged_js we now have nice PDFs for both the ECMAScript Language Spec (ecma-international.org/wp-content/upl…) and I18N spec (ecma-international.org/wp-content/upl…) back story 1/

Just found out about @paged_js. It's such a cool idea! You can generate a W3C-compliant PDF from any HTML content. This means you could actually design a book using HTML and CSS 🤯 pagedjs.org
