I am frustrated with Zenith Bank. I have requested for statement of account from my bank branch @ Ademola Adetokombo, Abuja for two weeks now, bank has maintained the platform is down. This same information, I requested from my other banks via mails and got immediately.
@ZenithBank your bank is becoming useless day by day. There's always network for debite but no network to revised someone money bank to his/her account. Something other banks will rectified between 10 minute. @ZenithBank will give you 15 working days and still do nothing about it
